We are looking for a Lean Project Manager to join Fluence’s global Supply Chain Operations and Delivery COE organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the implementation of Supply Chain transformational programs, system level initiatives, as well as the coordination and execution of initiatives aligned with our global strategy. The Project Manager will also drive our Lean initiatives, including our process improvement vision across the organization and company by eliminating waste and identifying inefficiencies.  We are looking for an exceptional individual who will drive project goals and objectives through setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, managing deliverables, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects to all relevant stakeholders.  The ideal candidate will utilize Lean Methodologies and PMP to drive continuous improvements across Fluence and will be able to influence at all levels of the organization.  This role will report to the Vice President, Supply Chain Operations and Delivery Center of Excellence.
