We are currently seeking a Supplier Conformance Specialist.  This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong analytical background who will be responsible for conformance analysis, processing chargebacks, communicating with suppliers while supporting service level agreements and meeting key performance indicators.

You Will:

  • Drive supplier conformance activities with the objective of promptly recouping all financial costs associated with supplier-caused quality and logistical incidents of non-conformance 
  • Coordinate with internal Lucid teams to collect data on incidents of non-conformance and align cross-departmentally on strategy for recouping costs
  • Develop and/or regularly maintain trackers of chargebacks for incidents of non-conformance
  • Act as a liaison between internal Lucid teams and suppliers to resolve incidents of non-conformance with optimal outcomes, bearing in mind both financial costs of incidents and the larger company context
  • Lead supplier conformance process development across Planning, Logistics, Purchasing and Quality teams
  • Set up and maintain regular dashboards/reports on supplier conformance performance measures and all KPIs to support communication to senior leadership
  • Create recaps on trends, root causes, and status updates with analysis to drive out inefficiencies, inaccurate data and unnecessary costs.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are documented and create Process Maps and visual charts for more complicated activities and functions 

  • You Bring:

  • 2+ years of Demonstrated Experience in Supply Chain, specific experience with or understanding of Purchasing and Quality valuable
  • 2+ years Reporting and Data Analysis experience
  • 2+ years of supplier management with emphasis on negotiation and resolution of supplier conformance activities
  • Experience with SAP Purchasing preferred
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven ability to listen, comprehend, empathize, and effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
  • Project/Program management experience with the ability to work with aggressive timeframes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel to support the business may be required.

  • Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent field. 
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
