As a Subsystems Department Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of multiple critical subsystems within our electric aircraft. This position involves leading a team leaders of subgroups and their technicians, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards, and collaborating across departments to achieve production goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable aerospace manufacturing through innovation and leadership.
