About the Role

This is an opportunity to work with a fabulous team-building software that will help improve the planet by getting solar on more roofs faster.  This team focuses on our sales narrative platform.  We are making significant changes to this platform right now, so there’s an opportunity to have a big impact.  We’re looking for a strong collaborator who will be part of growing our existing platform as well as helping to drive greenfield initiatives.  

What You’ll Do

• Build new functionality for our industry-leading solar design platform

• Spearhead the development of new greenfield products

• Apply considerations around security, scalability, reliability, and performance while proposing and building solutions

• Mentor engineers on the team

• Foster a growth mindset culture. Contribute to and follow team processes for better sprint outcomes

What We Value

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in the primary programming languages/frameworks our team works with Javascript/Typescript, React, Ruby, Rails

• Ability to perform and thrive in a remote environment
