We are currently seeking an innovative Staff Document Control Systems  to contribute and drive best-in-class system performance at the various stages of the product development process. This is a high-performance role that would have significant visibility both within and outside the organization and will require documentation control systems expertise, demonstrate audit compliance, work through a fast-paced environment, and establishing credibility with peers and senior management. 

To ensure success, you should have professional experience implementing best practices for robust DCS and validate it in collaboration with Quality Systems Manager and other functional managers. You will combine DCS expertise to promote best in class system and drive continual improvements. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for DCS validation within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination and will have a strong track record of program management and customer support, preferably in an automotive or semiconductor industry environment.

You Will:

  • Design the requirements for best-in-class document control systems.
  • Manage an innovative and compliant system to support controlled documents, engineering specification documents, procedures and drawings. 
  • Provide relevant training on document control systems procedures and compliance.
  • Conduct and drive Quality CCB (Change Control Board) meetings, as needed.
  • Document processes and ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO 26262, 21448 standards.
  • Conduct internal quality audits for industry and regulatory requirements. 
  • Evaluate DCS performance metrics to diagnose and resolve issues. 
  • Provide visibility to weekly performance metrics and opportunities for continual improvement. 
  • You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical – Industrial and Systems Engineering, or Business Management.
  • 5 to 7 years of managing document control systems experience.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Auditor CQA Lead Auditor.
  • FMEA and Lean Six Sigma Certifications.
  • Exceptional timely communication and interpersonal skills.
