Responsibilities:

  • Works with fast paced cross functional team of engineers to ensure that charging development activities are executed efficiently.
  • Creates and manages the project development schedules to meet the vehicle program timeline.
  • Identify and track cross team dependencies and handshake points, monitor status, help resolve issues, report and fill the gaps.
  • Collaborates effectively with teams across the Lucid business to ensure charging team’s deliverables meet the expectation.
  • Develops and implements effective program management processes and best practices from initiation to completion.
  • Fosters strong cross-functional partnerships and can effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate and contribute to engineering and manufacturing deliverables, including specifications, rapid prototyping, test plans, reliability testing, and engineering validation, production integration.
  • Maintains and manages records of all the issues, their resolutions, part cutover dates and utilizes data to help make effective high priority decisions. 
  • Ownership mindset. Takes ownership of problems and drives them to resolution.
  • Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering, Science, or related field or equivalent experience.  
  • 2+ years of experience in project or program management or as a lead.
  • Experience in automotive hardware and software development processes.
  • Excellent ability to understand complex technical systems and programs, articulate the information or issue in a simple way, and identify executables/deliverables efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in a high-pace highly complex cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent organization skills with a track record of delivering projects on-time.
  • Preferred:

  • Experience supporting manufacturing integration (hardware or software).
  • Experience with Power Electronics product development and manufacturing.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools including Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence).
