This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the project lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training, internal capability building, and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
·       California (Bay Area) - $138,000 - $198,000

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Responsibilities:

  •        Leading end-to-end technical program management for complex, cross-functional projects in Sales, Service, and Commerce applications.
  •        Leading multiple cross-functional programs in collaboration with various technical teams, including product, engineering, UI/UX, and business teams, with a focus on building a scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise applications.
  •        Utilizing deep technical domain expertise to drive technical strategy, planning, and execution in partnership with engineering teams.
  •        Driving engagement with partners, translate product requirements into technical execution plans involving multiple engineering teams, tracking progress towards goals, and reporting status to product, customers, and technical leadership.
  •        Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, including product management, engineering, design, and business teams.
  •        Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments, and continuously monitoring project progress.
  •        Facilitating and maintaining strong communication channels among cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely resolution of issues.
  •        Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and driving issue resolution to ensure successful project outcomes 
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  •      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 
  • 10+ years of experience driving enterprise scale software projects with engineering and product teams
  •       4+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience
  •       Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  •        Problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  •        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  •        Experience working in eCommerce, Automotive domains
  •        Experience managing programs for Sales / Commerce / Finance systems development and implementation
