The Senior Stamping Manufacturing Professional, Stamping will be responsible for planning and deploying Stamping lines at Lucid. The Senior Stamping Manufacturing Professional will work closely with equipment suppliers & internal cross-functional teams to ensure the Stamping Manufacturing Equipment is built to all customer specifications to include full support of a successful launch. Full support of planning and execution of processes and equipment to ensure efficient and reliable production is achieved to deliver world class products on time and cost effectively. Additionally, will support during the development and industrialization phases and drive sound business decisions throughout the product life cycle.

You Will:
In-house TeamworkCollaborate with internal Lucid Customers to ensure our inhouse stamping suits the best business decisions with the highest quality, flexibility and best financial plan.Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.Assesses needs regarding priorities, deadlines, and quantities while driving all for on time deliverables.Coordinate equipment installations with facility construction teams. Mitigate risks, as well as to recognize optimization opportunities.Equipment Planning & Execution.Use your holistic knowledge of the stamping products, production processes, and manufacturing technologies to select the right equipment to cover our stamping. Plan what will take stamping to the highest level of innovation possible.Generate RFQs for Stamping equipment and vet integrator proposals.Prepare vendor selection analysis for all applicable equipment related to stamping.Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors.Develop and execute FAT/SAT requirements for equipment buyoffs with integrators.Manage on-site installation planning with equipment integrators.Track and manage equipment trials for SOP Timing.Create and modify Microsoft Project schedules.Develop and maintain risk assessments to mitigate timeline and cost impacts.Report out project updates to Execs General.Work on other projects and tasks to support our Lucid success.Travel 25% to visit suppliers (US and International).You Bring:
Positive “can do” attitude.Team-player mentality.BS degree or apprenticeship and 10+ years of related work experience.Experience in Program Management / Engineering experience in a high-volume stamping environment. Deep working knowledge of current manufacturing techniques in a stamping manufacturing environment with extensive aluminum Class A, BIW and Closures parts. Equipment, tooling, metal stamping, assembly, and testing. (Blanking, Tandem, Progressive, and Transfer Systems.Experience with working with diverse suppliers from different countries.Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Effective skill in establishing and maintaining working relationships with a wide range of individuals from varying economic, social, and educational backgrounds in a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical, time management and analysis skills.Must be capable of working with peers, subordinates, supervisors, and management on a multidisciplinary team.Ability to remain current with state-of-the-art technologies and practices related to the metal stamping process as well as develop innovative solutions when necessary.Must have the ability to travel internationally.Proficient with MS Office, MS Project.Proficiency in Cad software – AutoCAD, CATIA a plus.
