We are looking for an automotive Sr Staff Project Manager- High Voltage. If you’re the kind of person who sees a problem, develops a solution, and engineers an improvement no one’s asked for yet, then we want to talk with you!

The Role:

  • In this role you will be embedded within the High Voltage Battery Team, build a strong relationship with the team, and work cross functionally within the Hardware Engineering department. As part of the team, you will support a Sr. Technical Project Manager by maintaining documentation, organizing purchasing, communicating with supply chain, and helping monitor high voltage issues through JIRA.

  • Help creating, organizing, and maintaining timelines and projects progress report
  • Maintain High Voltage team Jira tickets, Confluence space, Excel, and Smartsheets
  • Create purchase requests using SAP to support design and validation efforts
  • Informing team of product decisions
  • Provide mentoring and training of Project Managers on the team and supporting onboarding of new members
  • Establish efficient processes for communication of technical information, and more as we grow!
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 5-10+ years of experience in engineering and/or manufacturing
  • At least 3-4 years of working with EV vehicles and supporting technology

  • Advantageous:

  • Consistent record of project management and resolving issues
  • Experience working with International OEM partners
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment and proven experience of leading team members
  • Education:

  • BS in a field relevant to project management of technology or 5-10 years of related experience
