  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, delivery methodology, and financial controls.

Enterprise Systems Enablement

  • Lead programs covering enterprise platforms such as Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds), ERP, CRM, and system integrations.
  • Coordinate delivery across internal IT teams, system integrators, and vendors.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture.

  • Partner with business CoCs and leaders to translate growth, expansion, and operational objectives into structured programs.
  • Drive business process improvement, standardization, and digitization across Sales, Aftersales, Operations, and Customer Experience.
  • Support new market entry, new site operations, and enterprise capability rollouts.

Stakeholder & Executive Management

  • Act as the point of accountability for senior business and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead steering committees and executive reviews with clear status, risks, and decision recommendations.
  • Proactively manage cross‑functional dependencies, risks, and change impacts.

Change & Adoption

  • Ensure change management, training, and business readiness are embedded into program plans.
  • Track adoption, stabilization, and value realization post‑go‑live.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and delivery maturity.

Job Requirements:
