Role Summary

Responsible for assisting in developing and implementing Rivian’s North American Corporate Collision Repair Program. This role will require high levels of energy and initiative, independent judgement and cross-team collaboration. Must be able to complete projects in a compressed timeline.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of Rivian’s North American Corporate Collision Repair Program · Research, investigate and support procurement of body shop management and estimating software to be used by corporate locations
  • Work with appropriate internal software teams to integrate external 3rd party collision repair software systems
  • Establish standard operating procedures for business operations of a collision center
  • Identify and create levels of skill & experience for estimators and managers career path
  • Collaborate with the Rivian Facilities Team during design and buildout of collision repair facilities
  • Work with the Rivian Training Team to identify proper training for the proper repair of Rivian Vehicles
  • Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance with Rivian’s objectives.
  • Work with Technical Operations Program Manager to establish successful collision repair facilities
  • Interact with the entire Service Engineering & Operations Organizations
  • Create reports to show progress and growth of the program

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in a corporate office setting
  • Body Shop Management experience required
  • Frequent travel required
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion
  • Good project management skills and ability to work within guidelines
  • Develop and create linear process flow charts
  • Professional demeanor, strong communication, writing and presentation skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work efficiently under high amount of work/stress.
  • Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across varying geographic locations simultaneously\
  • Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Automotive collision repair process knowledge preferred
