As part of the Lucid Product Management team, the Product Manager will work with cross functional teams and will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, delivering, and maintaining suite of features targeting CHINA market.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for feature ownership and customer experience definition for Greater China markets
  • Build Strategic alliances between key market players in the form of collaborations and partnerships
  • The incumbent must build positive relationships at all organizational levels internally and externally to communicate, motivate and influence change.
  • Capture customer needs in greater China region, glean relevant insights, prioritize features.
  • Lead solution strategies through ideation, into launch and execution to maximize product/portfolio growth and profitability.
  • Steer technical discussions and decisions with internal and external stakeholders to identify HW/ SW needs, produce system architecture, document system requirements and implementation strategy.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and clear communication in requirements documents and user stories
  • You will concisely communicate CHINA market trends and the impact to business.
  • Build and maintain partner relationships to drive end to end integration and certification.
  • Drive requirements definition and end-to-end execution of your features
  • Requirements

  • 7+ years Product Management experience having led the entire product development cycle from concept to launch.
  • This position requires a Product professional with in-depth knowledge of automotive industry and in-vehicle user experience expectations in CHINA market. 
  • Great product stewardship capabilities and are comfortable working directly with third parties and prospects to develop existing or new partnerships
  • Ability to anticipate emerging trends and issues that have the potential to impact revenue and profits
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap, craft positioning.
  • Passion for creating great entertainment experiences.
  • Willingness to be hands on and do what it takes to build and scale up a new concept.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships; clear, consistent communication; data-driven and results- oriented; enthusiastic and motivated.
  • Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and tools
  • Global experience in working on projects / teams that cross geographic boundaries
  • Experience in product planning, product management, vehicle applications, engineering, or sales
  • Project management skills: Ability to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects according to established processes; serve as a consultant for internal and external customers.
  • This individual must also be a self-starter, and aggressively partner with the global regions to define, influence, and drive product improvements in the product line.
  • Knowledge of greater CHINA regional OEMs and competitor product knowledge
