Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Material Integration Specialist with expertise in SAP Quality Management Module. As a Material Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the seamless integration of materials and ensuring compliance with quality standards within the SAP system. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and optimizing processes to enhance material management and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the SAP Quality Management Module to support efficient material integration and quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including procurement, production, and quality assurance teams, to gather requirements and ensure the successful integration of materials within the SAP system.
  • Configure and customize the SAP Quality Management Module to meet specific business needs and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate material integration and quality control processes, ensuring system functionality and accuracy.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot material integration issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective resolutions in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Monitor material-related data and processes, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure a thorough understanding of material integration processes and the utilization of the SAP Quality Management Module.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for material integration and quality control projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in SAP Quality Management Module, applying relevant knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related. SAP certifications and equivalent experience is required in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years experience as a Material Integration Specialist or similar role, with a focus on SAP Quality Management Module.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management Module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Strong understanding of material management and quality control processes within an SAP environment.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting complex material integration issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Experience in conducting user training and providing technical support.
  • SAP certification in Quality Management Module is a plus.
