Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of highly skilled individuals to formulate parts pricing strategy and continuously improve processes
  • Develop pricing proposals and support financial forecasts for review by executive management
  • Analyze profitability in collaboration with finance, strategy, and operational teams to ensure proper positioning for parts segments
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warranty, and Logistics teams to identify areas for cost improvement
  • Build pricing processes, tools, and governance structure to support globalization and scalability of the service business
  • Ensure timely creation of pricing data for service centers, collision centers, and any 3rd party partners
  • Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance with Rivian’s objectives and timelines

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience, MBA Preferred
  • 8+ years experience in consulting, finance, operations, or pricing function; Prefer experience managing direct reports or indirect leadership
  • Proven experience driving pricing strategy and revenue optimization initiatives; Automotive parts industry Preferred
  • Understanding of parts segmentation and competitive landscape within automotive spare parts (Total Cost of Ownership)
  • Experience building business cases and memorandums to support strategic direction for executive leadership
  • Understanding of systems capabilities and financial levers impacting pricing
  • Effectively manage team priorities, organize workload, and meet committed project deadlines to support Rivian’s success
  • Experience making quick decisions with structured change management approach
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion
  • Professional demeanor, strong communication, writing and presentation skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work efficiently under high amount of work/stress
  • Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment
  • Ability to coach, manage, and support competence development within a team
  • Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Occasional Travel
