In concert with global company practices, develop and implement a comprehensive security plan that addresses people and property for Middle East headquarters, manufacturing sites, retail galleries, and service centersIn considering property security, include digital assets and intellectual property so that the company’s research and development activities and proprietary products and processes are secure from inappropriate releaseEvaluate potential properties the company is considering for expanded sites to provide security assessment and appropriate recommendations and considerations that influence decision makingAssess and select appropriate security and safety resources, including third-party firms and company security personnel, as well as digital and other support tools and programsCoordinate the security of visiting executives and global company personnelStay abreast and current with regional security threats and advise the company of relevant threats and recommended mitigation actionsEnsure site access is controlled and secureEducation and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent; iMSc or MBA preferred12+ or more years relevant experience, which includes experience in the international security arena with a major global corporation, preferably a professional services firm or similar industry, and include people management experienceMust have Middle East experience managing corporate security programs over a diverse cultural and legal environmentSkills
Experience managing project issues/risks, and ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively to non-technical usersStrong change management experience in a global enterpriseExperience and a proven track record in working across cultural boundaries, within a complex matrix structured organizationExcellent command of the English languageSkilled in MS PowerPoint and MS ExcelTravel up to 50%, primarily within the Middle East
