We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.

Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.

At Lucid, we are a technology company that expresses our innovations through electric vehicles and the ecosystems that power them. Our breakthroughs in efficiency, software, power management, and user experience are creating new possibilities for sustainable energy and mobility.

Marketing plays a critical role in shaping how the world understands Lucid’s technology, purpose, and point of view. The Sr Manager, Business Staff Operations to the SVP of Global Marketing will be instrumental in ensuring the organization operates with clarity, alignment, and discipline while enabling bold creativity and speed.

What You'll Do:

· Strategic Planning & Prioritization

· Build and manage the marketing operating rhythm (OKRs, annual planning, business reviews).

· Partner with the SVP to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and focus the team on the highest-impact work.

· Pressure-test proposals, plans, and strategies to ensure alignment to business objectives and KPIs.

· Execution & Accountability

· Translate strategy into clear workstreams with owners, milestones, and measures of success.

· Track progress across campaigns, partnerships, launches, and executive deliverables—ensuring decisions turn into action.

· Identify risks and remove blockers early, driving accountability across teams.

· Cross-Functional Integration

· Serve as a primary coordination point between Marketing and Product, Finance, HR, Design, Comms, Legal, and regional partners.

· Accelerate decision-making by structuring issues, filtering noise, and escalating only what requires executive attention.

· Lead preparation and follow-through for executive meetings, CEO reviews, leadership forums, and internal presentations.

· Executive Communications & Narrative Development

· Draft and refine internal communications on behalf of the SVP—ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum.

· Build high-impact narratives for executive audiences (strategy memos, board-level materials, performance updates).

· Help the SVP communicate priorities, decisions, and progress across the organization.

· Leadership, Culture & Team Enablement

· Model high judgment, discretion, and trust—confidently handling sensitive information.

· Reinforce a culture of accountability, pace, clarity, and creative excellence.

· Support organizational health: hiring, onboarding, team rituals, leadership effectiveness, and internal communications.

You Bring:

· 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, BizOps, Management Consulting, or an equivalent cross-functional leadership role.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field required.

· MBA or advanced degree preferred.

· Proven track record of leading complex initiatives end-to-end in fast-paced or high-growth environments.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can distill complex information into crisp executive-ready narratives.

· Ability to influence without authority and partner effectively with senior leaders across functions and regions.

· Strong operational instincts with a bias for action, problem solving, and simplification.

· High judgment, low ego, and comfort operating behind the scenes to amplify the impact of the executive.
