The successful Sr. HR Operations Generalist candidate will be a highly motivated individual, an excellent communicator, and influencer as well as a results-driven team player. You Will:

  • Responsible for delivering a variety of HR support and guidance by providing appropriate influence, guidance, and assistance through the HR Helpdesk (Jira).
  • Analyze data from HR Helpdesk and projects to identify patterns and trends that can help create, improve processes, or identify areas of concern.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement of Global HR Operations processes and programs to enhance the overall employee and manager experience.
  • Map and document processes identify gaps and recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Drive issues to resolution and escalating unresolved issues in a timely manner including developing options and recommendations to drive critical decisions
  • Work proactively with teams globally to ensure an integrated approach to HR Service delivery.
  • Provide support to the Global HR Operations team to improve and execute various global onboarding initiatives.
  • Strengthen key partnerships with various counterparts (Compensation, Benefits, Stock Administration, BP, Global Mobility, TA, Payroll, IT…… etc.) 
  • Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders on processes to build a world-class employee experience.
  • Maintain HRIS records, enter new hire data, and process employee status changes.
  • Conduct and participate in various internal audits (e.g. I-9 Audit, personnel record audit….etc)
  • Partner with the HR Operations Team for various companywide initiatives and rollouts.
  • Maintain a service-focused and user-oriented attitude, and continuous improvement towards Operational Excellence. 

  • You Bring:

  • BA/BS or equivalent coupled with 10+ years of experience in HR in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on operations and processes.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience in UltiPro/UKG and Atlassian/Confluence is a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail for data integrity management 
  • Demonstrated success in supporting a multi-country organization – experience with an HR Helpdesk model strongly preferred 
  • Demonstrated success in managing and working with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize 
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work with peers and internal customers at all levels 
  • Knowledge of supporting multiple HR disciplines (compensation, benefits, learning and development, stock administration, immigration, staffing, HRIS, and reporting 
  • Excellent process skills, documentation, and in-depth analytical skills – innovative problem solver, able to be resilient under pressure. 
  •  The ideal candidate will be based in our corporate office in Newark, CA, or Casa Grande, AZ.
