We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud software service management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our software systems and digital experiences. Our ideal candidate demonstrates a proactive and determined attitude, approaching their work with enthusiasm and commitment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline our development and deployment processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the engagement with our solutions.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $115,000 - $165,000

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code solutions for managing cloud resources, ensuring scalability and fault toleranceDeploy, manage and scale microservices utilizing containerization technologies and AWS EKS orchestration platformDefine and utilize Grafana for monitoring and visualization of system and application metrices to ensure health and performance of the systemsIdentify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, outages and performance bottlenecks, enhancing the customer experience and system efficiencyCollaborate with the security team to implement security best practices, conduct vulnerability assessments, and manage access controlsDevelop and maintain automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying software applications, reducing manual intervention and accelerating the release cycleProvide infrastructure support to development and quality assurance groupsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years’ proven experience in managing software service operations or related DevOps roleExperience in automating build and deployment infrastructure built on Kubernetes, Docker etc.,Experience in optimization techniques of cloud infrastructure.Experience in python programming or other shell scripting languageExperience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., git)Experience with monitoring and alerting solutionsExperience in building / configuring Autonomous systemsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsCertified DevOps and cloud certifications are a plusPreferred Qualifications:
