Lucid is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Analyst of Business Intelligence. We are looking for someone to help build the development of the Business Intelligence function for Lucid’s global organization.
This role requires a blend of expertise in business analytics and data management.
The ideal candidate has a passion for transforming raw data into useful information and will take pride in building a world-class data-driven luxury organization.

Build tools to automate reporting and insight generation that will allow business leaders to see the health of the organization quickly and accuratelyCreate and standardize dashboards and data pipelines to ensure uniformity, quality, and business confidentiality across our data productsGenerate creative, relevant insights through visualizations and present your recommendations to diverse levels of stakeholdersConduct ad-hoc analyses to predict and optimize business outcomesPartner with the Data Engineering team to access our data warehouse and data pipelines for Lucid globallyBuild data generation processes that will scale and provide intelligence on an ongoing basisBe uncompromising in pursuing data integrityUse sound judgement to verify logic from various teams to ensure that KPI’s are measured correctly and consistentlySee around corners and have the curiosity to explore internal and external data that may be impacting our future, and the courage to follow through and communicate findingsYou Bring:
5+ years’ relevant experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Data Analytics roleBS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar quantitative fieldAdvanced expertise in SQLProven proficiency with Tableau (or related Business Intelligence software) and data visualization creationExposure to ETL development and data warehousing technologies (AWS Redshift or similar)Fluency in a data processing language such as Python or RExperience with data pipeline and workflow management tools such as AirflowExperience with A/B testing preferredExperience with statistical data science techniques (machine learning, data mining, predictive analytics)Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical ways at various levels within the companySuperb organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritizeWillingness and flexibility to tackle a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, environment, where your business acumen can have immediate, global impactComfort around higher management
