Full time. Based in Archer HQ.</span></li> <li class="li1"><span class="s2">In partnership w/ the key internal stakeholders, source and develop the strategic and tactical supply base for the Indirect Spend category, through the management of the RFx process, suppliers contracts negotiations and management.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></span></li> <li class="li1"><span class="s2">Responsible for increasing the value of the selected supply base, while decreasing the total costs of ownership for Archer.</span></li> <li class="li1"><span class="s2">Responsible for the overall business relationships with the selected supply base, and the development of productive and collaborative partnerships. Act as primary point of escalation for the Indirect Spend category.</span></li> <li class="li2"><span class="s2">Participates to the development and implementation of the strategic sourcing plan, policies, procedures, and processes.</span></li> <li class="li2"><span class="s2">Work closely with the respective departments to continuously improve the department organizational value and efficiency.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></span></li> <li class="li3"><span class="s2">Travel: minimal</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Need</strong></p> <ul> <li class="li1"><span class="s2">Master’s degree in Business, or Supply chain.</span></li> <li class="li1"><span class="s2">5 to 10 years of related experience, ideally in Aerospace industry.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></span></li> <li class="li1"><span class="s2">Results oriented and metrics driven manager, with experience in sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier collaboration, development and compliance.</span></li> <li class="li1"><span class="s2">Ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated environment</span></li> <li class="li1"><span class="s2">Solid analytical and computer skills</span></li> <li class="li1"><span class="s3">Strong </span><span class="s2">communication and negotiation skills</span></li> <li class="li1"><span class="s2">Strong team player.</span></li> <li class="li2"><span class="s2">Demonstrate flexibility.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li class="li1"><span class="s2">APICS certification</span></li> <li class="li1"><span class="s2">SQL</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h5><span style="font-weight: 400;">Archer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
