We are currently seeking a Software Partner Lead to work closely with our In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) (Spotify, Alexa, iHeart, Navigation), ADAS, OTA, and data connectivity partners. This position is an individual contributor role and requires a strong background in vendor management. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:
Own performance of partner software: from development phase to vehicle validation, and release via OTAContinuously assess partner performance, and escalate as needed to meet tight deadlinesEnsure software requirements are followed by partners, including: Test Results, Performance KPIs, APK/SDK Release Notes, and Cyber SecurityDrive high-impact root cause investigations of SW issues with partners and Lucid teamsReport on partner performance via scorecards and data-driven insights, highlighting risks, improvement opportunities, and action plansSupport roadmap and sourcing of new partnersLead review of SOW and technical offering of new partners to ensure partner success.Work with cross-functional teams, across SW partners, and Lucid teams (software engineering, QA, validation, business development, and marketing)Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in partner/vendor managementMust have prior experience developing strategic content partnershipsMust have strong experience in project management or product managementExperience working with software development teams (internal, and external)Experience with Agile development methodologies
Preferred:
Experience in automotive such as infotainment: streaming media, navigation, and voice assistantsExperience in project management and product managementExperience with Jira, Confluence, ExcelSoftware Validation or development experience with Android/Android Auto Operating System (AAOS)Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering discipline, Masters preferred
