About the company:

Our device captures at least 80% of a semi-truck’s carbon emissions directly from the tailpipe. We sell the CO2 to end-users who can store it away for a long time. We split that revenue with our customers, so the device pays for itself in just a couple years.

Remora is hiring a Software Engineer I - Controls who will develop software that runs hardware and collects, decodes, and communicates critical information between controllers, all while helping to tackle the defining challenge of our time.

Responsibilities ranging from:

Programming in Matlab/Simulink

Building software controls in Simulink environment

Building test code libraries for test benches designed with and for other team members

Automating software for hardware in the loop and software in the loop testing

Organizing and improving the Python script that runs our data collection and database management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science OR 2+ years of relevant work experience

Experience with Matlab and Simulink
