BETA is seeking a motivated, process-oriented Shipping & Receiving Material Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a 2nd shift role that will work three 12hr shifts Friday through Sunday. The primary focus of this role is to manage the inbound and outbound flow of inventory and materials in and out of warehousing and production environments. The role will have a major responsibility to accurately receive inventory into the ERP system and provide materials to the manufacturing floor. This position utilizes both the ERP and Warehouse Management System to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability. An ideal candidate for this role is goal driven, detail focused, system and process oriented, forklift qualified, with experience in inventory and logistics.

Collaborate with the production team in multiple areas to provide materialsOperate a forklift during the routine performance of dutiesReceive inbound parts/supplies and record to the ERP systemValidate inbound documentation against quality check sheetsPicking, packing and scheduling shipmentsBreak down and decant inbound received materials for component bulk storageComplete put-away transactions from staging to bulk storage locationsReplenish items for production activities by picking components from bulk storage to stage for kitting and production jobsExecute kitting of components for delivery to production work centersMove completed assemblies and finished goods from the production area to bulk storagePick items from bulk storage to stage for shipment to other BETA locations and customersLoad outbound items onto trucks for shipmentEnsure all items are labeled and accurately scan and transact all material movements via warehouse management system (WMS) handheld devicesTroubleshoot WMS issues to ensure accurate replenishment signalsConduct inventory cycle counts and physical inventories as directedIdentify, physically segregate, and transact inventory status for damaged materialsMaintain a clean work environment, and comply with safety requirementsConduct inspection and routine maintenance on assigned material handling equipmentPerform area housekeeping and organization activities to maintain a 5S compliant environmentRecognize waste streams and minimize use of packaging materials to support BETA’s sustainability effortsComply with applicable regulations when handling hazardous materialsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and provide input on ways to improve accuracy and efficiencyAbility to work across multiple BETA sites if necessaryContribute to our team effort by being good to work with and supporting the broader Logistics and Production Teams as neededMinimum Qualifications:
