Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Supply Chain Intern to join the European Service Parts organization (After-Sales).
This role will actively support our Senior Pricing Analyst with spare parts and accessories pricing activities, as well as assist our Parts Operations team in Europe.

Our ideal candidate has a strong analytical and administrative background, solid reporting capabilities, and demonstrates a proactive attitude. The candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have the ability to learn quickly and strive for excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role:
  • Support the Senior Pricing Analyst in Europe with data setup and streamlining:
    • Conduct online research for selected products and/or collaborate with relevant expert team members, including performing “apple-to-apple” comparisons and product specification analysis.
    • Perform data consolidation, cleansing, pricing comparisons, and relevant analysis in appropriate formats (e.g., retail price, product specifications).
    • Present findings to the Senior Pricing Analyst and assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review and approval.
    • Update relevant Excel files and folders to monitor parts pricing.
  • Support the Europe Parts Operations team with administrative tasks, data management, and maintenance:
    • Run monthly KPIs, identify automation opportunities, and define dashboard layouts. Assist in creating new KPIs and calculations.
    • Conduct ad hoc analyses (e.g., transportation costs, inventory, ABC analysis, dead stock).
    • Support daily operations with various administrative tasks (e.g., shipment tracking and escalation, SAP transactions, order management, invoice creation).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree student in Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent education in data management/administration.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet and Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
