Position Overview
As the Senior Technical Program Manager, Software at Gridware, you’ll lead high-impact programs that bridge product, software, and data infrastructure. You’ll define how complex technical efforts are executed - aligning priorities, coordinating across engineering domains, and ensuring we deliver reliable, scalable systems that connect our distributed IoT network to the cloud.
You’ll partner closely with leadership across Software, Data, Firmware, and Product to turn mission-critical initiatives into reality that will help scale Gridware’s platform for years to come.

Responsibilities
Drive complex, multi-disciplinary software programs spanning web, mobile, backend, and data systems.Define program goals, milestones, and delivery frameworks to support rapid product and infrastructure growth.Translate technical challenges into clear execution plans and ensure consistent communication across all levels of the company.Identify and manage dependencies across software, data, and device teams, ensuring smooth integration across the full stack.Create tools and processes that increase engineering velocity and reliability (e.g., CI/CD, release pipelines, monitoring).Establish technical execution rhythms and reporting structures as the team scales.Proactively surface and manage risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities for acceleration.Required Skills
7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional software or infrastructure programs.Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Proven ability to partner with engineering leads to plan, execute, and deliver production systems at scale.Strong understanding of the software lifecycle, including CI/CD, release management, and performance optimization.Clear communicator capable of aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders around a shared roadmap.Bonus Skills
Experience defining and scaling program management functions within an early-stage or high-growth startup.Prior experience in distributed systems, IoT, or communication infrastructure.Experience partnering with product management and engineering leadership to define long-term roadmap and OKRs.Track record of improving application reliability, scalability, and performance through process and tooling innovation.
