Zoox is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to support our manufacturing test development efforts. In this role, you will work cross-functionally across manufacturing, engineering, and contract manufacturers to help us deliver our milestones. You will take on the role of a bridge between test development and engineering to develop project schedules, identify risks, and drive internal and external teams to meet deliverables.
The Test and Diagnostics Engineering (TDE) team is responsible for test solutions from “chip” to “car” and our product responsibilities range from the sensor stack, control boards, and compute units to the autonomous platform. The team is located in San Carlos and Fremont with a mix of responsibilities spread across both of these sites. In addition to test development, the team also delivers the infrastructure such as APIs, dashboards, and platform solutions all of which come together as test solutions.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $179,000 to $259,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

BS or MS in engineering (electrical/electronics, computer hardware, software, or related fields)8+ years of industry experience in a similar role spanning engineering or project managementStrong knowledge of manufacturing and testing electronic assembliesExcellent communication skills across diverse audiences (senior management, engineers) using written and verbal methods as appropriateExperience in working with contract manufacturers or automotive suppliers Bonus Qualifications
