The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support our Corporate hiring efforts and partner closely with supporting hiring teams to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies around those. This individual will require a demonstrated history of generating high-quality candidate pipelines and hires, as well as creating a top-of-the-line candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborative environment supporting a company that is ever-evolving and quickly growing.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with the People, Corporate Development, Operations, and Legal teams.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Arcadia is headquartered in Washington, DC, and open to fully remote candidates.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; diverse candidates</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Talent</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Employer Brand - Apply creative talent marketing, sourcing strategies, and other techniques to promote Arcadia as an employer of choice for prospective candidates</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">People Analytics - Capture and analyze diversity data to report on outcomes in support of Arcadia’s commitment to diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion; provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Onboarding - Partner with People Ops, IT, Workplace, and Hiring Managers to prepare and complete onboarding;
