In this role, you will be responsible for driving key strategic decisions in what could become a $10T global market for personal mobility. You will structure solutions to complex problems, perform deep data-driven analytics, generate insights, & then build cross-functional consensus among the senior management team to enable focused execution.

In this role, you will...

You will lead Strategic Finance at Zoox, including valuation, corporate development, and our long term financial strategy..

Own the end-to-end Corporate Development lifecycle, including identifying, assessing, and executing M&A opportunities that accelerate Zoox’s mission.

Foster robust partnerships with both Zoox and Amazon stakeholders, acting as a key liaison and driving joint initiatives that unlock strategic synergies.

Manage high-visibility corporate strategy projects that tackle complex organizational challenges and provide the senior management team with actionable insights.

Qualifications

12+ years of professional experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience leading the execution of M&A activities, including target identification, financial valuation, and due diligence management.

Expertise in advanced financial modeling and valuations.

Proven track record of managing high-visibility strategic projects and presenting findings to executive-level leadership teams.

Bonus Qualifications

Past project or professional experience in the AV/mobility/transportation space.

MBA or advanced degree in engineering.

Experience working in a high-growth technology company navigating the scaling phase.
