Responsibilities
- Service and maintain vehicle fleets
- Improve efficiency in service procedures without compromising quality and safety of the repair
- Support campaigns, events, and containment initiatives in local area of Service Center
- Work with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
- Provide service support to the field to support the Service organization
- Go above and beyond for each and every customer
- Support pre-delivery and delivery activities
- Support Mobile Service as needed
Qualifications
- Automotive Technology/Technician Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of automotive experience
- EV/Hybrid knowledge is a plus
- OEM Certified Master Technician is a plus
- OEM Specific Technician Training is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of EV Powertrains and HV systems is a plus
- Diagnostics experience is a plus
- Written and communications skills
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail

- Améliorer l’efficacité des procédures de service sans compromettre la qualité et la sécurité de la réparation
- Soutenir les campagnes, les événements et les initiatives d’endiguement dans la zone locale du centre de service
- Travailler avec une attitude collaborative et un esprit d’équipe dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution
- Fournir un support de service sur le terrain pour soutenir l’organisation de service
- Se dépasser pour chaque client
- Soutenir les activités de pré-livraison et de livraison
- Soutenir le service mobile selon les besoins
Qualifications
- Diplôme de technicien/technologie automobile ou expérience équivalente
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience dans le secteur automobile
- Connaissance des véhicules électriques/hybrides est un plus
- Maître technicien certifié OEM est un plus
- Une formation de technicien spécifique OEM est un plus
- Capacité à voyager selon les besoins
- Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide
- Connaissance des groupes motopropulseurs des véhicules électriques et des systèmes HT est un plus
- Une expérience en diagnostic est un plus
- Compétences en matière de communication écrite et de communication
- Fortes compétences en matière d’organisation et souci du détail
