About the company:

Voltus is a German online retailer headquartered in Bad Schwartau that specializes in electrical materials, smart home systems, switches, sockets, and related building technology products. The company offers a broad catalog spanning KNX and DALI smart home automation components, lighting, renewable energy products, ventilation and climate control systems, and security technology, serving both professional installers and end consumers across numerous international markets. Voltus provides expert consulting services in KNX and DALI systems, positioning itself as a knowledgeable partner for energy-efficient building automation. The company's product range supports sustainability goals by enabling intelligent energy management in residential and commercial buildings. Through smart home automation technologies such as KNX-based actuators, sensors, gateways, and visualization systems, Voltus helps customers reduce energy consumption and optimize the use of renewable energy sources. Their offerings in renewable energies and advanced climate control further align with broader green building and decarbonization objectives. Voltus distinguishes itself through its comprehensive product portfolio, multilingual e-commerce platform serving dozens of countries, and dedicated technical consulting support. The combination of a trusted-shop-certified purchasing environment, invoice payment options, and a 30-day return policy reflects a customer-oriented approach aimed at both professional trades and private buyers seeking sustainable building solutions.

Voltus is hiring a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to help drive the productivity and operational effectiveness of our Go-to-Market organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you'll take ownership of Salesforce administration end-to-end — from hands-on configuration to system governance — while partnering closely with our current administrator and with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success stakeholders.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to bring deep Salesforce expertise to a mission-driven clean energy company. We're looking for someone who is not just a power user, but a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Voltus is a remote and virtual company, distributed across US, Canada, and abroad. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.

Please note that at this time, we do not sponsor visas or transfers for new hires. Voltus teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location (in the US or Canada, unless otherwise indicated on the role description).

Additionally, while Voltus is an all-remote workplace, we have limitations on where employees are able to work for regulatory and security reasons. We expect that Voltans are working primarily from their home country. Working while traveling to other countries must be approved as per our Global Remote Travel Policy.

At Voltus, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer because we recognize that a diverse organization begins with a diverse candidate pool. This means we do not tolerate discrimination of any kind and are committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of your gender identity, race, nationality, religion, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, disability status, or marital status.

  • Partner and knowledge-share with the existing Salesforce administrator, providing guidance & code/config review

  • Stay current on new Salesforce releases and features, and proactively recommend adoption where it drives value

  • Maintain clear, well-organized documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
