We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and coaching a sales management team and their direct reports of over 40 sales agents. For this senior role we welcome candidates who have an established career and track record of consistently delivering Sales Targets through a meticulous focus on data driven, pipeline management and sales skills development.
You will have a ruthless approach to finding routes to sustained and significant growth, developing our sales operation as we accelerate our mission of bringing low carbon technology to domestic households across the UK. You’ll relish driving the performance of a direct team of frontline Sales Team managers, and supporting them in delivering exceptional results
Your teams will be the face and the voice of Octopus Energy Services, advising and supporting customers throughout their journey towards awesome low carbon technology for their home, primarily heat pump but also supporting the delivery of solar panels, in-home batteries & EV chargers
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for team development and coaching - the ability to lead leaders and help them and our wider teams deliver successful results.
