Zuständigkeiten und Aufgaben

• Leitung und Koordination von internationalen Projekten mit verteilten Teams im Bereich der Elektromobilität.
• Gesamtplanung und kontinuierliche Kontrolle von Ressourcen, Budget, Meilensteinen und Terminen.
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Stakeholder für alle projektbezogenen Themen.
• Steuerung des kundenspezifischen SW-Entwicklungsaufwands und Brückenfunktion zwischen Wasserfall- und agiler         Projektabwicklung.
• Verfolgung und Berichterstattung über den Programmfortschritt inkl. Risiken/Chancen auf der Grundlage definierter KPIs, einschließlich der Berichterstattung an das mittlere und obere Management.
• Moderation von Retrospektiven/Lessons Learned und Unterstützung kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der Prozesse.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Software Engineering oder gleichwertiger Abschluss.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Durchführung von internationalen IT-Projekten.
• Beherrschung von (agilen) Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Prozessen, Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil. (z.B. PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, Scrum Master, etc.).
• Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
• Ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten, um nahtlos mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen zusammenzuarbeiten (Technik, Produktmanagement, IT-Geschäftsanwendungen, Kundenbetreuung usw.).
• Fähigkeit, effizient mit neuen Technologien und Branchentrends zu arbeiten.
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
