Role Description
This important role will report into the Engineering Program Management team and will support our growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you will function as a key liaison between the Supply Chain + Logistics Organization and internal stakeholders including the Executive Team, Engineering, and Manufacturing. Program Managers will collaborate closely with their Supply Chain team members across all commodities and categories on behalf of Supply Chain leadership. The Program Manager will work closely with the core Program/Project team to manage high visibility and high value programs, applying program/project management skills to assure the timely and efficient execution of Form Energy’s sourcing strategies.

What You'll Do:
Represent the Supply Chain organization in meetings with Form’s Executive Team to provide updates on program status, highlighting potential risks and outlining proposed mitigationsSupport the Director of Supply chain in the construction of strategic sourcing programsAnalyze the complete supply chain for the project by defining and measuring performance criteria (milestone adherence, sourcing progress, cost savings opportunities, operational efficiency, etc.) to support strategic decision makingManage project timelines and resources, identifying risks and creating mitigation plans to ensure successful program launchesSupport the creation and maintenance of robust supply chain processes and systemsDevelop and maintain dashboards to track program status and communicate key project metrics to the broader organization including Program Management, Engineering, Finance and ManufacturingWhat You'll Bring:
BS or MS degree in an engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Operations ManagementAt least 5 years of project / program management or strategic sourcing and category management experience in a fast paced, highly fluid environment; Experience in a manufacturing organization strongly preferred Demonstrated, applied experience delivering complex programs and projectsSuperior analytical skills and the ability to use data and metrics to justify business decisions; knowledge of SQL (mySQL, Postgres, etc) is a plusExcellent planning, collaboration, and facilitation skills to manage complex cross-functional projects and take ambiguous assignments to completionExperience presenting to executive level management on program status, recommendations, and prioritiesA blend of business and technical knowledge allowing for big-picture vision and the ability to dive deep into specific challengesAn ability to provide clear, well-structured, and concise communications tailored to each appropriate audienceAbility to influence and thrive within a rapidly changing / growing organizationAbility to work independently in an ambiguous environmentMeticulous, with a strong attention to detailAbility to travel domestically and internationallyExperience with stationary storage or steel supply chains a plus
