Zoox is transforming mobility-as-a-service by developing a fully autonomous, purpose-built fleet designed for AI to drive and humans to enjoy.
Zoox is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our IT Platform Operations team. This team is responsible for administering our Microsoft Windows/Linux based environments. The Platform Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the corporate AD services as well as various Microsoft Windows based servers, including Horizon virtual desktop infrastructure. The Platform Engineer will work closely with other members of the Platform team and Platform Administrators, Endpoint Engineers, and IT Client Services team to implement and manage various internally hosted Virtual Machines and related resources. In addition, this person will collaborate with other teams within the organization, outside of IT, as well as other team members to identify, track, and report on opportunities for system optimization, methods to drive efficiency, identify and reduce error rates, and empirically document customer experience.
