What you'll do:
Strategic Partnership:Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and workforce needs, developing and implementing People Operations strategies that directly support and enhance business outcomes.
Talent Management: Partner on all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including workforce planning, organizational design, talent assessment, performance management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
Culture & Engagement: Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture, working with leaders to drive employee engagement through initiatives such as feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and pulse surveys.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, including restructures and growth, by managing the impact on team members and facilitating smooth transitions.
Data & Analytics: Utilize people data and metrics to identify trends, inform strategies, and drive continuous improvement across People Operations programs and processes.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure clear communication, understanding, and adherence to company policies and procedures, mitigating legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Collaboration: Formulate strong partnerships across the entire People Operations function (Talent Acquisition, HRIS, etc.) to deliver integrated and value-added services.What we're looking for:
