The Role:
Lilium is growing fast. As Senior People Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting the building of 1 or 2 business units by setting and delivering the People & Culture strategy for the unit.
Key elements in this are organizational effectiveness, capability building, leadership development and talent management. You will work closely with the business teams and will be a visible, prominent go-to person representing the People business unit in the leadership team of your business area.
You will closely collaborate with all People functions in a matrix role, esp. Talent Acquisition, People Services, Rewards & Recognition, Learning & Development and Culture & Engagement.
You will ensure that the voice of the customer gets heard in the People team, demands are considered in the prioritization within People, as well as ensuring People programs, processes and policies are understood and followed by leaders and employees in the business.
The ideal candidate will be a true, proven professional within the People / HR function, ideally have an aerospace, automotive or technical industry background and enjoy working closely with the business in a commercial environment.
It is important to have a proven track record in achieving results in ambiguity, driving a new people strategy whilst building the foundations within the function and in the business. From a personality point of view, it is crucial to have a high level of resilience, strong collaboration focus and guts to take a stand.
No day is the same, you will need to feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment and not shy away from working on ad-hoc projects.
Your Day to Day:
Build and implement the people strategy in your business unit covering:
Provide advice and guidelines on people policies and legal matters, company policies, employment law, international mobility, and health & safety. Securing compliance and education within the unit.
Contribute to people strategy and be an active part of the People Business Partner group for the whole of Lilium: leading people projects for the wider group, as well as within the assigned business unit.
Share accountability with the team leaders for the performance of the team, acting as a pro-active member of the leadership team.
