Reports To
Global Payroll Manager
What You Will Be Doing
- Handle the full end-to-end payroll operations ensuring timely accurate salary disbursements
- Coordinate and manage external payroll vendor (ADP)
- Process all statutory payments/returns and employee benefits on a timely basis
- Quick problem solver and able to manage employee queries
- Preparing monthly/annual schedules to Balance sheet
- Assist with Internal/External/Sox Audits
- Partner closely with HR and Finance teams
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Strong understanding on India Payroll Statutory, PF, ESIC, TDS, PTax, LWF etc
- Experience on filing statutory monthly/annual returns (PTax , Etds, Form 16, etc)
- Experience in handling online PF transfer / withdrawal request
- Be an integral part of the global payroll team
Requirements
- At least 5-8 years of experience in payroll administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in payroll software (ADP) and advanced skills in MS Excel
- Exposure to ESPP / RSU reporting is a plus
- Good communication skills with professional command of written and spoken English
- Possess high level of integrity and able to always maintain confidentiality
