Senior Operations Program Manager

ICON is looking for a Senior Operations Program Manager to optimize print system flow through the production and deployment process. As the Senior Operations Program Manager at ICON, you will be responsible for ensuring ICON’s print systems are available for construction projects to further ICON’s mission of making dignified housing accessible to everyone and advance humanity with our technology. This role is based at ICON’s Austin, TX lab and will report to the SVP of Operations on ICON’s Manufacturing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee Print System lifecycle, from sourcing, through manufacturing and testing, to customer construction projects.
• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and print ops teams to understand print system status, needs, and production opportunities.
• Troubleshoot supply, engineering, and testing challenges to maximize high quality production.
• Work to optimize print system utilization and uptime.
• Provide company-wide print system status visibility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years or production or engineering experience in aerospace, automotive, robotics or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or similar).
