Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Do</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support creation of manufacturing policies &amp; procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serve as a power user for MES.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will coordinate and implement sequence of operations, and product updates and enhancements.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perform activities related to planning and designing manufacturing processes and specification requirements to ensure full utilization of manufacturing equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Plan sequence of operations and specification procedures for aircraft assembly and integration.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control and develop those techniques.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide product and process DFM (Design for Manufacturing) input to Product Engineering to enhance manufacturability and product cost for any of structures, electrical, battery, and/or electric motor.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide guidance for engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analyze machinery and equipment designs to ensure factory and production conditions are met.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate and implement operations sequencing and specification procedures to optimize efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support product line design activities and/or operational process modifications to enhance products and processes and ensure that current and future business needs are met.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide technical leadership and help train staff to diagnose and solve problems and build capabilities.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with the definition and design of manufacturing processes.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide requirements for tooling and process capabilities and interfaces.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop build plan requirements and author the first generation of work instructions.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and model 3D factory Digital Twin.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with automated manufacturing equipment, PLC controls, robotics, and vision inspection systems.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and tooling&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support efforts for continuous improvements by identifying ways to improve quality, throughput, and reduce cost per unit.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Need</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer or similar&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in CAD design</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Passion for manufacturing</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to grasp modern technology concepts</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to prioritize multiple projects</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Problem-solving skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working with an MES and building work instructions</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manufacturing shop floor support experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">7 to 10 years of experience in automotive or aerospace industries</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience utilizing or interfacing with NX/teamcenter</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prior experience utilizing with GD&amp;T</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Intermediate knowledge and experience of various operation software and the Google suite.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prior experience in Robotics
