We’re looking for a driven Senior HR Business Partner to join our Headquarters People team in NYC. In this role, you’ll serve as the main HR resource for our Technology teams along with at least one other business function. You will partner with the broader People Team to drive our bold mission - to make Bowery the best place you'll ever work, by:

- Treating people like people

- Doing what we say we're going to do

- Striking a balance between speed and scale

- Designing solutions with the team, not for the team
