ICON is looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to drive research, data collection, and analysis in the development of ICON’s long-term growth strategy. As a Senior Growth Analyst at ICON, you will develop key business model deliverables such as customer segmentation analyses, profitability and pricing models, and go-to-market strategy based on deep analysis of available data. These deliverables will be used to inform the development of ICON’s next-generation suite of 3D printing technologies and transition ICON to a technology provider business model. All of this in the pursuit of ICON’s mission to make dignified housing accessible to everyone and advance humanity with our technology. This role is based at ICON’s Austin, TX campus and will report to the Director of Operations Strategy.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage business requirements for ICON’s next-generation print suite and technology-provider business model.
  • Perform secondary research of the global construction industry analyzing TAMs, economic and innovation trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop quantitative surveys for large-scale market research and analyze data to inform customer segmentation, profitability models, pricing strategies, and more.
  • Support the planning, development, and transition to a future-state technology-provider business model.
  • Long-Term: Manage, analyze, and report on business financial and performance data across ICON’s technology-provider business model.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of work experience with 3+ years experience as a Management Consultant.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, mathematics, statistics, or other analytical discipline.
  • High proficiency using data analysis tools including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Tableaux, Power BI, Palantir Foundry, or similar.
  • Ability to develop profitability models, pricing strategies, and financial forecasts.
  • Experience designing and conducting large-scale surveys, customer segmentation, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for leadership. 

 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and translating business and market data into actionable guidance for product, operations, and/or finance departments
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling.
