Antora Energy is seeking a highly analytical and driven Financial Analyst to own and operate the company’s core financial model, deliver mission-critical insights that guide strategic decisions, and support capital markets engagement. This role sits at the center of Antora’s commercial, operational, and product teams—translating fast-moving inputs into clear, data-driven outputs for executives, investors, and partners.

The ideal candidate thrives in complexity, is comfortable operating independently, loves solving new problems, and brings the rigor of an investment banking background to the challenge of scaling a climate-tech company. This is a high-visibility role with significant opportunities for growth, learning, and impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Finance

  • Own Antora’s corporate financial model ( working crossfunctionally to collect real-time inputs, creating model scenarios, and producing insights for Antora leadership)
  • Translate updated inputs into clear, actionable outputs that inform executive decision-making.
  • Guide strategic planning by collaborating with colleagues across Antora, including Operations (production forecasting), Engineering (product inputs), and Commercial (growth targets)
  • Deliver rapid scenario analysis and insights to guide strategic decision processes.

Capital Markets

    • Support capital raising processes from end to end.
    • Develop and refine investor materials, translating complex technical and financial concepts into crisp, clear narratives
    • Guide due diligence workflows, collecting inputs from internal colleagues and delivering answers to prospective investors
    • Manage investor engagement, data rooms, and transaction closing processes

Key Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally with some experience in an investment banking environment.
  • Demonstrated mastery of complex financial modeling, scenario analysis, and quantitative problem-solving.
  • Ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs and communicate insights quickly and clearly.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Additional Qualifications Desired

  • Prior experience in power & utilities, infrastructure, industrials, or energy sectors.
  • Familiarity with hardware-enabled or manufacturing-intensive business models.
  • Location: Strong preference for San Francisco Bay Area (San Jose or SF) for closer collaboration and coaching. Exceptional candidates in NYC or Washington, DC will also be considered.
