Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Field Supervisor to help us develop a world-class manufacturing facility plan. You will provide multidisciplinary technical direction and project management from conception to completion. You will collaborate with all internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent stakeholder management in areas of the Form Factory Team, and will be responsible for organizing and executing all activities associated with construction in a heavy industrial environment. Construction management and site selection support will also be a major focus, including due diligence management and vendor selection and management. This is an opportunity to be a key driver of Site Development projects which will take us from pilot scale to a growing manufacturing footprint.
This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's location in the Greater Pittsburgh Area

Successfully manage complex contracted and self-performed construction projectsCreate and drive project schedules, solving critical paths and communicating roadblocksManage contractors Develop and maintain site logistics and execution plansEmploy a can-do attitude, working through challenges with all stakeholdersDirect work in field, track changes, etc both individually and leading or participating in a larger teamWork with engineering teams to resolve design roadblocks immediatelyEnsure installation meets end users’ requirements and quality expectationsWhat You'll Bring:
7+ years of experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects.Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills are a mustAbility to read, interpret, and manage changes to: 1) architectural and finish plans and specifications, 2) framing and wall type details, 3) civil and structural plans and specifications, and 4) mechanical and electrical, instrumentation and controls systemsDegree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or related fields is preferred
