We are looking for a Senior Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Engineer who will:

The responsibilities and duties of the Senior Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Engineer will be as follows: 

Developing and executing methods, tools and processes that will enable F&DT analysis to be carried out on novel structures.  Carrying out analysis that will create optimised solutions to meet challenging requirements.  Leading the structural analysis of metallic and composite structures using both first principles and mathematical modelling techniques.    Defining, understanding and carrying out tasks that enable the certification of structures and related Means of Compliance activities in the F&DT regime.   Being a team player that has great communications skills and is capable of reporting and explaining technical issues to all company levels.  Leading small technical teams and defining activities required to complete suitable analysis.  

The successful Senior Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Engineer will have the following Experiences & Qualifications:

• 5 years + relevant industrial experience  
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field 
• Proven capability of successfully leading technical teams 
• IT skills and experience of developing and using F&DT analysis tools 
• Have gained relevant technical signature rights
