We have been licensing Kraken for over 3 years now, transforming businesses by not only moving their customer base to our Kraken platform but also changing their operating model & ways of working. Throughout this time our team has been at the forefront of industry leading migrations whilst setting a new standard for what business transformation can look like. 

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Energy Consultant to temporarily join our team. This consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to Kraken Technologies in the energy sector of Portugal. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in energy management, renewable energy technologies, and energy policy, coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop innovative strategies to address clients' energy challenges.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who thrives on providing alternative opinions, challenging those around them and being challenged.

What you'll do

  • Conduct comprehensive energy audits and assessments for Kraken Technologies to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and cost savings in the Portuguese market.

  • Develop customized energy management plans and strategies tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the company.

  • Analyze energy consumption data and trends to identify areas for optimization and recommend appropriate energy conservation measures..

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in energy technologies, regulations, and market trends in Portugal to provide informed recommendations to Kraken Technologies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the development and implementation of sustainable energy projects.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to help us achieve their sustainability goals and reduce their environmental impact.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

  • You must be willing to challenge beliefs, have the ability to see through multiple viewpoints and, if needed, reach beyond your remit to support the client.

    What you'll have

  • English and Portuguese required.
  • Technical mindset, experience in energy industries.
