What You Will Be Doing
The Sr. Employee Relations Consultant will lead the employee relations function at ChargePoint and will provide guidance to management and the People team in the resolution of all performance management and employee relations issues, including complex, escalated and sensitive employee relations issues. The ER consultant seeks to analyze, investigate, and guide the resolution in a timely manner that seeks to promote a respectful workplace culture (e. g., guidance on employment law; investigations of inappropriate conduct or policy violations.

The Sr. Employee Relations Consultant is responsible for providing advice and counsel to leaders, managers and employees on a variety of employee relations and management issues.
The individual in this role must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The individual must also be able to work independently and support multiple projects in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Additionally, the individual must be flexible, agile, and able to collaborate in a hybrid/virtual environment.

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $70,000 to $122,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
