We are seeking a mission-driven Senior Director of Utility Partnerships to join the Policy and Market Development team in the fight against climate change. This person will lead all of Arcadia’s engagements with electric and gas utilities to improve the company’s business operations and expand our market opportunity. The ideal individual has extensive professional experience in the utility industry, deep knowledge of utility IT infrastructure and customer service systems, and existing relationships with utility decision-makers across the country.
The primary purpose of this position is to create and build strong working relationships with utilities related to data access, utility bill payments, tariffs/rates, and clean energy access. Success in this role would be aligning incentives between Arcadia's customers in the new energy economy and incumbent electric and gas utilities to enable seamless data sharing and rapid decarbonization
This role is based in Washington, DC, although remote work would be considered for particularly strong candidates. This role will report to the Vice President of Policy and Market Development. Additionally, the Senior Director of Utility Partnerships will collaborate frequently with peers on the policy team and senior leadership across the company.
