The Senior Data Engineer will work with our Data Science and IT team to build robust data collection, storage and analytics infrastructure for our novel mycoprotein manufacturing process and alternative protein food product development. This is an opportunity to develop your technical and leadership skills while making a positive impact on the planet. Our operations are scaling rapidly, and there are many greenfield opportunities for high-level decision-making with significant business impact - the ideal candidate will be an individual looking for a challenging but rewarding environment where they will have strong ownership of their day-to-day activities and of our technical roadmap. Individuals applying for this position must be self-starters, flexible in an environment of shifting priorities, and take strong end-to-end ownership of their work products. Experience with specific technologies is not an absolute prerequisite, but we work primarily with GCP, Google Workspace APIs, Python ETL pipelines and Tableau.
