Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Worksite: 190 W. Tasman Drive, San Jose, CA 95134
Salary Range: $170,186.00 - $195,714.00 per year

What You’ll Do

-Shape product and business strategies through data-centric approaches to identify new
business opportunities and operational improvements.
-Collaborate with technical and business experts to determine critical requirements for
vehicle requirements, charging infrastructure, operations, certification, and network
development.
-Design and build dashboards, conduct analysis, and expand data pipelines to inform
technical and non-technical stakeholder decisions across departments using Metabase
and Tableau.
-Contribute to in-house decision support software suite using modern software
development standards (git, CI/CD, ETL pipelines).
-Identify novel problems in Urban Air Mobility (UAM) that have not yet been explored, and
solve and present them to leadership.
-Build algorithms used in real-time service that power the digital backbone of our core
product utilizing applied machine learning through regression and classification.
-Deploy these algorithms to our cloud-based AWS production environment.
-Design systems to collect, interpret, and release production data metrics.
-Maintain, monitor, and debug production models and decision systems.
-Measure the impact of new product features using statistical analysis, and experimental
and quasi-experimental methods, including A/B testing, causal inference and statistical
modeling.
-Apply ad hoc data analytics and present findings to influence strategy.
-May telecommute

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a
related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Growth
Analyst Intern, Assurance Associate, or a related occupation or job title in which 2 years of experience
with the following was gained:

-Programming in Python and SQL;
-Working with git and AWS;
-Analyzing statistical data and models using python, pandas, scikit learn;
-Utilizing SQL and ETL pipelines;
-Applying causal inference methods and experiment design, quasi-experimental and
experimental methods such as A/B testing, causal inference and statistical modeling;
-Working with Metabase and Tableau;
-Utilizing Applied Machine Learning through regression and classification; and
-Deploying statistical and machine learning models into AWS production environments.
-May Telecommute.
