Responsibilities:

Perform and review construction/civil design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience

Perform field activities such as observe and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements within project area.

Responsible for quality control of all deliverables within the scope of civil engineering

Technical review and signing off on technical documentation provided by vendors and other stakeholders related to civil engineering deliverables

Coordinating BOP (Balance of Plant) contractors to deliver civil designs on time

Providing site support on technical queries

Travel throughout EMEA

Skill requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in civil engineering

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with civil design of power systems for utility installations, PV plants, Battery Storage Systems, substations, in the EMEA region

Expert in civil and structural design including but not limited to foundation, drainage, equipment anchoring, steel structure, etc.

Expert in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) for substations, operation buildings, wind, solar, or conventional power generation

Expert for applicable codes, standards and regulations in the EMEA Region

Solution-orientated mindset

Good communication skills

Fluency in English

German / other language skills beneficial
